	1990: Tremont Supply, Inc. was formed as a joint venture with the J.R.Simplot Company in the operation of a fertilizer plant located on Tremont Road in Dixon, CA. The rail siding at the fertilizer plant was called Tremont Station, and the founders wanted to call the company Tremont Station, Inc., but the name was taken.

1994: Tremont Supply, Inc. bought out J.R. Simplot and became the full owner of the plant on Tremont Road.

1995: Tremont Supply, Inc. acquired Agriform Farm Supply with a plant in Woodland, and retail sales offices in Woodland and Pleasant Grove. Agriform also had a sales office in Geyserville which operated under the name Agro-Tech.

1996: Tremont Supply, Inc. changed its name to The Tremont Group, Inc.

1999: The Tremont Group, Inc. acquired Growers Ag Service, Inc with retail sales offices in Dixon, Tudor, and Sonoma, CA The name of the Sonoma office was changed to Agro-Tech, and the remaining offices continue to operate under the Growers Ag name.

2001: The Tremont Group purchased Walnut Grove Transports, which is now TSI Trucking.

2008: Agro-Tech in Geyserville and Sonoma changed to “Ag Unlimited, a division of The Tremont Group, Inc.”

Today The Tremont Group Inc. is recognized as a national agribusiness leader in Homeland Securities Act compliance and sound environmental operations.
